The bedrooms are set up with a queen-size bed and a king-size bed, which can be separated into 2 long singles, with an additional two trundles if needed. Comfortable for 4 to 6 people. Guest counts exceeding 4 will be subject to an additional charge of $90 per person per night.
3-BEDROOM GUESTHOUSE
$850 per night
$765 per night when you book direct
The bedrooms are set up with a queen bed, two singles, and a king bed (which can be separated into 2 long singles), with an additional two trundles. Comfortable for 6 to 8 people. Guest counts exceeding 6 will be subject to an additional charge of $90 per person per night.

DOGS WELCOME
A non-refundable pet fee of $30 will be charged at the time of reservation. A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking, refundable provided there is no damage to the property or excessive cleaning required.

All guests can enjoy stunning views with rolling hills, dam, and vineyard. Take a rejuvenating morning walk in the vineyard and along the Brackenwater River to discover the nature and wildlife, or relax and enjoy the afternoon sunset with a glass of our a bottle from the cellar door and a classic Aussie BBQ on the opening deck area.
The property has a large undercover outdoor space for entertaining and BBQ, featuring high ceilings, a modern kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, plates, cups and cutlery. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.
