Handpicked by our winemaker, Camille, this limited Winter Selection brings together three exceptional reds that truly shine during the cooler months.
The 2018 Merlot has matured beautifully over seven years in bottle, revealing layers of jammy red berries, portobello mushroom and smoky cigar notes. Deep ruby in colour, it is bold, beautifully rounded and superbly balanced.
Our 2022 Vineyard Selection Cabernet Shiraz offers seductive aromas of star anise, clove and allspice, complemented by sweet violet notes, blackcurrant and red berries. A hint of tobacco leaf leads into a juicy, generous palate with impressive length and balance.
Completing the trio is the 2021 Cabernet Merlot, a Bordeaux-style blend. Rich dark berry fruit, vanilla, cigar and chocolate notes from French oak combine with the softness and brightness of Merlot to create a wine of power, harmony and elegance.
