Handpicked by our winemaker Camille, this limited Winter Selection brings together three exceptional reds: our 2018 Merlot, the 2022 Vineyard Selection Cabernet Shiraz, and the 2021 Cabernet Merlot. The 2018 Merlot has matured beautifully over seven years in bottle, revealing layers of jammy red berries, portobello mushroom and smoky cigar notes. The 2022 Vineyard Selection Cabernet Shiraz offers seductive aromas of star anise, clove and allspice, complemented by sweet violet notes, blackcurrant and red berries. The 2021 Cabernet Merlot is a Bordeaux-style blend with dark berry fruit, vanilla, cigar and chocolate from French oak.
